The founders’ of the company Garrett Shames and Bridget Shames have extensive knowledge and track records of success in operations management and sales within Service organizations. The team combines for over 35 years’ experience in the service industry and have each held positions at every level within a service company from the front line to executive. This has provided a solid base of understanding in frontline leadership, operations and financial management, customer expectations, and service standards.

GARRETT S. SHAMES

Garrett S. Shames is the President and CEO of Turf Management Services. Mr. Shames has over 15 years’ experience in the service Industry with various roles ranging from front line service provider to General Manager. For the past six years Mr. Shames has served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for Glowacki Management Company. In this capacity, acting as owner in fact for over 85 property owners Mr. Shames has developed a deep understanding of the landscape expectations and requirements of property owners, as well as commercial and residential tenants. Mr. Shames earned his law degree from University of Baltimore Law School in 2007 and graduated with honors. Mr. Shames obtained his undergraduate degree from Towson University magna cum laude with a BS in Business Management. Mr. Shames currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Bayfront East Side Taskforce (BEST), a non-profit organization whose vision is to improve the quality of life in the East Bayfront Neighborhood. Mr. Shames is a licensed PA Real Estate Salesperson and currently serves as Treasurer on the Greater Erie Board of Realtors (GEBOR).

BRIDGET C. SHAMES

Bridget C. Shames is Vice President for Turf Management. Services. Prior to joining Turf Management Services, Mrs. Shames worked for Cintas Corporation as the Account Executive in York, Pennsylvania. During her seven years with Cintas, she held a variety of positions in the Service industry including Service Manager, Market Sales Manager and Account Executive. Currently Mrs. Shames is the Vice President and Director of Marketing & Development for Glowacki Management Company. Through her experiences in meeting with prospective customers and transitioning new customers she has gained a thorough understanding of property owner’s service expectations as it relates to Landscaping and all contracted work. Mrs. Shames earned her BBA from Loyola College in Maryland. She was also a member of their Division I swimming team. Mrs. Shames currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for Erie DAWN; a non-profit organization which helps homeless women transition back into independence by helping them to acquire the tools and resources needed for self-sufficiency. She is also a member of The Women’s Roundtable, Inc. Mrs. Shames is a licensed PA Real Estate Salesperson and a member of the Greater Erie Board of Realtors (GEBOR).

ANTHONY A. Natale

Anthony A. Natale is the General Manager. for Turf Management Services responsible for overseeing all field activities and personnel. Mr. Natale has over 10 years of experience in landscaping and construction industries. His skills range from general landscaping and site management to general contracting experience. Mr. Natale has a strong work ethic, and a dedication to customer service that ensure he and his team provide landscaping services that exceed customers’ expectations.
